If you can't remember the password, your best bet is to use the secret question you set up when you created the family settings. Go to System Settings and attempt to reset your password. If all else fails, Xbox Support is your friend.

Just call Xbox Support. They'll help you reset it. Simple and quick.

Try entering the default passcode, which is usually 0000 or 1234. If that doesn't work, you'll need to use the console's serial number to reset it. Navigate to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info, and find your serial number. Then call Xbox Support and they'll help you reset it.
