Unfortunately, you can't actually reset your Hero Wars account. If you want a fresh start, you'd need to create a new account.

I've been down that road! Tried everything but the only way really is to make a new account. Annoying, but at least you get to start over!

Ah, the old 'I want a do-over' trick! Sadly, Hero Wars doesn't offer a reset option. You can, however, start a new game on a different platform (like switching from mobile to Facebook).
