Go to the Game Data Utility, find the Need for Speed Most Wanted file, press Triangle, and select delete. Easy reset!

You just need to delete the game's save file from the 'Saved Data Utility' in the XMB menu. That should do the trick!

I had to reset mine by clearing the game data under 'Saved Data Utility (PS3).' Make sure you back up any saves you want to keep first!
