Easy! Just go to the Microsoft account page, click 'Sign-in,' then 'Forgot my password.' Follow the prompts to reset it.

Been there, done that. I just used the Xbox console itself: Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & passkey > Forgot my password. Worked like a charm!
