First-hand tip: I had this exact issue. I contacted PlayStation Support, answered some security questions, and they helped reset my password!
Hot take: You might be outta luck without your date of birth. Sometimes it's just easier to create a new account.
Go to the PlayStation website, click on 'Trouble Signing In?', and follow the prompts for password recovery. There's usually a link to 'Forgot Date of Birth' if you get stuck.
