To reset your PlayStation Network password, go to the PSN sign-in page and select 'Trouble Signing In?' then 'Forgot Your Password?'. Follow the instructions from there.

I just had to do this last week! Head over to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, click 'Trouble Signing In?' and then 'Reset Your Password'. You'll get an email with a link to reset it.
