You can reset your PlayStation Store password by going to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, selecting 'Trouble signing in?' and then 'Reset your password'. An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you!

Had to do this last week. Go to the login screen on your PS console, select 'Forgot your password?', enter your email, and follow the instructions in the email they send. Done and done!
