Sadly, there's no way to reset your Pokemon GO data within the game itself. However, you can start fresh by creating a new account with a different email address.

To completely reset, you can't do it in-game. But there's a workaround: create a new Niantic account, or link a new email via Google or Facebook!
Personal experience here: you can't reset it in-app. I created a new account with a separate email to start over.
You really can't reset Pokemon GO data, so just tough it out and catch more Pokémon!
