Just switch to a new server. You'll start from scratch but keep your old account. Kind of like moving to a new city!
From personal experience, just swap to a new kingdom! It's like a reset but keeps your old progress in another place.
Delete the game, reinstall it, and sign in with a new account. It's annoying, but it's the only way!
There's no direct way to reset progress in Rise of Kingdoms. Create a new account if you want to start over.
