It's easy: Go to Settings > System Settings > Restore PS3 System. But note, it will delete everything.

Go to Settings, find System Settings, then select Restore PS3 System. Confirm it, and you're done.

Just a heads-up: Restoring the PS3 system will erase all your data. If you still wanna do it, go to Settings > System Settings > Restore PS3 System, and you’re good to go.
