Just go to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset. Follow the on-screen instructions and voila, good as new!

I had to reset mine last week. Just head to the Settings menu, find System, then Advanced System Settings, and finally Factory Reset. It's a bit of a maze but you'll get through it!
