To reset your Splatoon 2 data, you gotta delete your save data through the Nintendo Switch’s system settings. You'll find it under 'Data Management' > 'Save Data/Screenshots and Videos' > 'Delete Save Data.' Just remember this will wipe all your progress, so make sure you're absolutely sure before doing it!
