I messed up my tech points allocation and was looking for a reset option too. Ended up starting a new game. Was a pain, but on the bright side, I discovered new stuff I missed on my first run. So, not all bad!

Resetting tech points in Palworld isn't directly possible through an in-game feature as of my last playthrough. Since Palworld is still in Early Access, the devs might add this feature in a future update. For now, your best bet is to strategically plan where you allocate your tech points.
