Try deleting the save data stored in your Library folder: ~/Library/Containers/com.playrix.township. Just be careful鈥攜ou'll lose all progress!
Honestly, you can't fully reset it on Mac. Maybe try starting a new account instead.
The most surefire way is to delete the game and reinstall it. Just remember to back up any data you want to keep!
