From the home screen, open the guide by pressing the Xbox button on your controller, then select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

I've done it before, just go to Settings > System > Console info & updates > Reset console. You can choose to keep your stuff or wipe it clean. Simple!
