Been there, done that! Just head to Console Settings > Family Settings > Reset Passcode. You'll need to answer a security question though. If you don't remember the answer, you'll have to contact Xbox Support.

Easy peasy! Go to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info. Jot down the Console Serial Number. Now, go to Xbox Support (support.xbox.com) and follow the instructions to reset your passcode using that serial number. Good luck!
