Unfortunately, without a controller or a keyboard, you might be out of luck resetting your Xbox 360 to factory settings.
First-hand experience here: I reset my Xbox 360 using a USB keyboard! Yeah, it's a bit tricky, but it works. Just use the arrow keys and enter to navigate to System Settings > Console Settings > System Info, then type your reset code fast!
