You can reset your Xbox 360 to factory settings without a passcode by going to Settings > System > Console Settings > System Info and entering the following default code: LT RT X Y LB RB Y HOLD LEFT TRIGGER + LEFT BUTTON + RIGHT BUTTON + RIGHT TRIGGER. Voila! Factory reset without the passcode!

Been there! You can try this specific sequence: LT RT X Y LB RB Y HOLD LEFT TRIGGER + LEFT BUTTON + RIGHT BUTTON + RIGHT TRIGGER in System Info. Should reset it right away!
