You just need to unplug the power supply from the wall and the Xbox console, wait 10 to 15 seconds, then plug it all back in. It’s the tech equivalent of a coffee break.

I had the same issue! Unplug everything for about 10-15 seconds, then reconnect. It worked like a charm for my Xbox One.
