Press the Xbox button, navigate to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Options: nuke it all or keep your games.

Super easy! Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Choose either 'Reset and remove everything' or 'Reset and keep my games & apps' depending on what you need.
