Hey! To reset your Xbox Series S to factory settings, go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Choose 'Reset and remove everything' for a full wipe or 'Reset and keep my games & apps' if you just want to reset settings and keep your games.

I've reset mine a few times. Just navigate to Settings, then System, then Console info. Hit 'Reset console' and follow the prompts. Choose whether you want a full reset or keep your stuff.
