You can reset your race in Demonfall by using a Wipe Potion. You can purchase it with Yen at any in-game shop that sells potions. Good luck!
I've reset my race a couple of times now. All you need is to pick up a Wipe Potion from the nearest potion store. Make sure you have enough Yen though!
Hot take: There's no free way to reset your race without spending Yen. Just grind for it!
