Honestly, the easiest way is to call Xbox Support directly. Trying random codes is just a waste of time.

If you're locked out because of a forgotten passcode, go to Settings > Family and follow the on-screen prompts to answer your security question. If you've forgotten that too, Xbox Support is your best bet!
