To restart your PS4, just press and hold the power button on the front of the console for about 7 seconds until you hear a beep. It'll shut down and then you can press the power button again to turn it back on.

From the home screen, navigate to 'Power' in the top menu, then select 'Restart PS4'. It's that simple!
