How to Restart Dragon Ball FighterZ Data
If you're looking to start fresh in Dragon Ball FighterZ, you'll need to delete your saved data. On PS4, go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Delete. Select Dragon Ball FighterZ and delete the saved data. On PC, navigate to the save file location (usually in your Steam folder) and delete it there. Happy fighting!

Just delete your save files from your system storage, then restart the game. Easy peasy.
I had to restart my DB FighterZ once. Just went into my game storage settings and deleted the data. Made me feel like a Saiyan training anew!
