I've done this before! Start by navigating to the Xbox One home screen and then go to 'My Games & Apps.' Find Dragon Ball Xenoverse, press the Menu button on your controller, and select 'Manage Game.' From there, you can delete your saved data.
Just delete your save data from the system storage in the Xbox One settings. Head to Settings > System > Storage > Manage storage on the right-hand side > View contents > Games > Dragon Ball Xenoverse > Saved Data. Then, select your profile and choose 'Delete'.
