Just go to 'Settings' in the NFS Unbound menu and look for the 'Reset Career' option. Boom! Fresh start!

Resetting isn't worth the hassle. Just buy a new game if you're really that bored.

You don't need to delete anything. Just start a new save file from the main menu.

You can delete your save data from the Xbox settings. Go to 'Manage game and add-ons,' then 'Saved data,' and delete. Easy peasy!
