Easy peasy! Open BitLife, go to the main menu, tap on the gear icon (Settings), then tap 'Restore Purchases.' Voil脿!

Honestly, if you can鈥檛 restore your purchase via the app's settings, contact BitLife support. They usually sort things out pretty quick.
