Make sure you're logged into the same Apple ID or Google account you used for the purchase. Go to settings and choose 'Restore Purchases'.

To restore a BitLife purchase, just tap the settings gear in the top right corner on the main screen, then select 'Restore Purchases'. It'll fetch your previously bought items.

I had this issue too! Just go to settings in BitLife, find 'Restore Purchases', and it should pull everything back up for you. Worked for me!

Contact customer support if the 'Restore Purchases' button doesn't work. Sometimes glitches happen!
