How to Restore a Deleted Post on Instagram
Simply go to your Instagram app, head to Settings > Account > Recently Deleted, and you'll find all your deleted posts there. You can then restore them!

Just an FYI, Instagram keeps deleted posts for 30 days, so act fast if you wanna get your post back.
Easy peasy! Just tap on Settings, find Account, and choose Recently Deleted. Tap the post you want to restore and hit 'Restore'.
From your profile, open Settings, then Account, and then Recently Deleted. Select the post and choose 'Restore'.
