If you’re on PC, try using a file recovery tool. Sometimes, you can restore deleted files if the file system hasn't overwritten the data yet.

One word: Backups! Always keep manual backups of your save files. You can usually find them in the 'SavedData' or 'Save' folder of your game directory.

Check your cloud saves! If you have cloud backup enabled via Steam or your console, you might be able to restore your lost save files from there.

In my experience, contacting Bandai Namco support works. I managed to get my save file restored after explaining my situation to them. Worth a shot!

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
