You can take scratched Xbox 360 games to most game stores like GameStop or Best Buy for resurfacing. They'll usually buff out the scratches for a small fee.

Try home methods like using toothpaste. Just put a dab on the disc, gently rub with a soft cloth in straight lines, and rinse. Repeat if needed.
