You can't really 'resurrect' in XCOM 2 if they鈥檙e totally dead, but you can stabilize them if they鈥檙e critically wounded using a Specialist's Revival Protocol. So, keep your Specialist handy!
Just have a Specialist with the Revival Protocol ready. Aim it at the fallen soldier and watch them get back up, like magic!
