How to Retrieve Deleted Facebook Messages on iPhone
Unfortunately, once you've deleted Facebook messages on your iPhone, they're gone for good. Facebook's design doesn't allow retrieval of permanently deleted messages. My advice: next time, make sure to archive instead of delete!

Use your email notifications if you had them enabled and hope they contain the messages you're trying to find.

In my experience, your best shot is to look in your email if you have email notifications enabled. Facebook sometimes sends copies of messages.
