How to Retrieve Deleted Instagram Messages

Unfortunately, once you delete Instagram messages, they're gone for good. Instagram doesn't have a feature to recover deleted DMs. Your best bet is to ask the person you were messaging with to resend the important info!
Deleted is deleted on Instagram. Sorry, no magic trick to bring them back!
Speaking from experience, I once emailed Instagram support about this, and they confirmed that deleted messages are irretrievable. So save those important messages next time!
