Honestly, if you deleted them, they're gone for good. Sorry!
Bad news, friend. Deleting messages on Messenger is permanent. If you need to keep a record, make sure to archive them instead.
Once they're deleted, they're gone! But you can check your email if you have notifications turned on to see if the messages are there.
