If you were an admin, you can usually regain access by submitting an appeal form to Facebook. They'll review your case and get back to you.
Try going to 'Settings' on Facebook, then 'Pages,' and look for your missing page. Sometimes it just needs reactivation.
I had this happen once! Just went to the Page Support section, filled out a form, and got my page back in a couple of days.
Long story short, contact Facebook support. They'll sort you out.
