Tap the Messenger icon, go to 'Message Requests,' and check the 'You May Know' section for hidden messages.
In my experience, open Messenger, tap on your profile pic, and click 'Message Requests'. Then navigate to 'See filtered messages'鈥攖here you go!
Don't waste your time, there are no 'hidden messages' worth finding.
