Been there, done that! Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', click 'Return Item', and follow the instructions. Pack up your item, slap on the return label, and you鈥檙e good to go!

Honestly, just contact SHEIN support if you're stuck. They'll help sort things out.

Returning a product to SHEIN is pretty straightforward! Just log into your SHEIN account, go to 'My Orders', select the item you want to return, and follow the steps to get a return label. Pack it up, stick the label on, and drop it off at your local post office!

If you shop on SHEIN, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the credit for the SHEIN app, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
