For physical copies, just take the game back to the retailer where you bought it, along with the receipt. Most stores have a return policy for unopened games.

It's pretty straightforward to return a PS5 game if you bought it digitally from the PlayStation Store. Go to the PlayStation support website, find 'Request a Refund,' and follow the steps. Make sure you haven't downloaded or played the game, though!

You can return a PS5 game through the original store's return policy, but it better be unopened if it's a physical copy.

If it's a digital purchase, visit the PlayStation support page and start a refund request. Don't forget to check their refund policy.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
