Returning your Steam Deck should be pretty simple. Start by checking out Steam's official support page for their return policy. Usually, you gotta make sure it's within the return period and that the device isn't damaged. Then, just follow their procedure to request a return — could involve contacting customer support or filling out a form online. Keep all your original packaging handy, 'cause you'll need it to send the device back!

Hot take: Why return it? The Steam Deck is a powerhouse of portable PC gaming. Give it some time; it might grow on you. Not everything is love at first sight.

I had to return mine because it wasn't working right out of the box. Went to Steam's support site, filled out a form, and they got back to me pretty quick with return instructions. Packed it up, sent it off, and got a refund without any hassle. Just make sure you don't wait too long to decide; there's a time limit on these returns!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
