Easy-peasy! Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Profile and Tagging > Review. Turn on 'Review posts you're tagged in'. Now you can approve or ignore tags like a pro!
Go to Settings > Profile and Tagging > turn on 'Review'. Problem solved! Trust me, it works like a charm.
