Reviving someone in Fallout Shelter is straightforward. If one of your Dwellers becomes unlucky in the wasteland or falls in battle within the vault, simply tap on their icon. You'll see the option to revive them for a certain amount of caps. The cost can vary depending on the level of the Dweller, so make sure you've saved up enough caps!

Just throw caps at them! Seriously though, if a Dweller dies, click on them and pay some caps to bring them back to life. It’s like gaming CPR.
