Using the Soldier, jump and shoot a rocket at the ground simultaneously. You'll go flying! It takes practice to nail it down.
Rocket jumping is all about timing. Jump, and as you're in the air, shoot the rocket at the ground to propel yourself higher. Be sure to practice!
