To roommate someone in Brookhaven, go up to your house and click on the house icon. Then select the Manage Permissions button and add your friend. Voila, they're your new roomie!
Approval from the house owner is everything. If you own the house, click the house icon and look for the 'Roommate' button to invite others. Simple!
