To run 144Hz on your Xbox Series X, connect it to a monitor that supports 144Hz over HDMI 2.1. Go to settings, navigate to 'TV & Display Options,' and select 120Hz under the 'Refresh Rate' option. Unfortunately, the Xbox Series X doesn't support 144Hz natively, but 120Hz is still plenty smooth!

You can't run 144Hz on Xbox Series X; it caps at 120Hz.

Hey there! Just plug into a 144Hz monitor that supports HDMI 2.1, then set your Xbox refresh rate to 120Hz under the display settings. Not exactly 144Hz, but close enough!

I recently set this up at home. Use an HDMI 2.1 cable with your 144Hz monitor and change the display settings to 120Hz. Works great for smooth gaming!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
