You can run a dedicated server for ARK on PS4 by using a secondary PS4 as the host. Set up the ARK game, go to Host/Local, and choose the settings for your server. Then launch the game as a dedicated server. Remember, you’ll need a second PS4 to actually play the game as the host PS4 will be occupied running the server.

Just get a second PS4, set up Ark as a dedicated server, and voilà, you're good to go! Happy surviving!

The easiest way to run a dedicated ARK server on PS4 is to rent one from a server hosting company like Nitrado. They handle all the technical stuff, and you just enjoy the game!

Running a dedicated ARK server on a single PS4 is impossible since it can't play and host at the same time. Use another PS4 or rent a server.

I've been running my ARK PS4 dedicated server for months now using a second PS4 as the host. It works flawlessly, but make sure you have good internet!

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
