Honestly, just lower your expectations. If your rig can't handle it, no amount of tweaking will make it run like it's on a high-end PC. But low settings can still give you a decent game experience.

To keep Apex Legends running smoothly, start with adjusting the game settings. Lower the graphics settings like texture and shadows, which can significantly boost performance without ruining your gameplay experience. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and consider upgrading your PC components if they're below the game's recommended specs. Keeping background applications to a minimum helps too, as they can eat into your CPU and RAM.

I used to struggle with lag until I dropped my resolution and tweaked the video settings. Went from choppy to smooth as butter. Also, an SSD upgrade did wonders for loading times!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
