Disable background apps and update your graphics drivers. Sometimes, your PC just needs a little bit of TLC (Tech Loving Care)!

First, lower all the in-game graphics settings to the minimum and make sure to turn on 'Performance Mode' in the settings. Trust me, Fortnite will become a lot more playable!

Honestly, just lowering the resolution can make a huge difference. Sure, it might look like Minecraft, but at least it won't stutter.

Low-end PC? More like low-end excuse! Invest in some RAM and a cheap SSD, and you'll see Fortnite zoom past those lag spikes.

Play in windowed mode instead of full screen. It's a quick trick to give your PC some breathing room.

If you're a Fortnite player looking for extra v-bucks, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Fortnite gift card, which you can win and use to get v-bucks essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
