How to Run Games as Administrator on Steam
Just set Steam to run as admin and it'll do the rest. Right-click on your Steam shortcut, pick 'Properties', head over to 'Compatibility', and check 'Run this program as an administrator'. Restart Steam, and your games should follow suit.

In the game folder, find the game's .exe file, right click it, go to 'Properties', navigate to the 'Compatibility' tab, and check 'Run this program as an administrator'.
